When a provider sends the Buzz, they need to know the caregiver responding has already completed BeeShift's verification requirements. That's why verification happens before Shift Portal access is unlocked.
Verification helps establish trust before a shift is offered. Smart Match™ can then use caregiver qualifications, availability, location and work preferences to help connect providers with an eligible caregiver when coverage is needed.
Verified caregivers, on demand, when care can't wait.
Create your account, complete the required checks, and always know what comes next.
Start with your contact and profile information. Your account opens the Caregiver Portal where onboarding is managed.
Add your experience, qualifications, preferred work area, availability and the types of shifts you're interested in.
Provide applicable HCA, CNA, NAR, CPR / First Aid and other role-specific credential or training information.
Complete applicable screening through authorized third-party providers and Washington State systems when required.
We review the required information and let you know whether each item is verified, pending or needs attention.
Once required verification is complete and your account is approved, you can receive and respond to eligible opportunities.
Having the right information ready can make verification smoother. Requirements can vary by caregiver role and the shifts you want to access.
BeeShift is built around qualified caregivers—not simply available caregivers. Applicable caregiver credentials must be current and may be reviewed against official licensing, credential, registry or other authorized sources before approval.
BeeShift Verified is an ongoing status. Required credentials and certifications must remain current, and certain verification requirements may need to be renewed or re-checked over time.
Applicable background screening helps BeeShift identify eligibility concerns before a caregiver is approved for Shift Portal access. Screening is only one part of verification; identity, credentials, certifications, training and other role-specific requirements may also apply.
A completed background check alone does not make someone BeeShift Verified.
Inside the Caregiver Portal, your verification progress stays clear before and after approval. If a credential expires, a requirement needs renewal, or something requires attention, you'll know what needs to be updated.
You can create an account before verification is complete, but available shifts remain locked until the required onboarding and verification requirements are satisfied and BeeShift approves your account. After approval, required credentials and verification items must remain current to maintain access to eligible shifts.
Verification doesn't stop at approval. BeeShift may require updated credentials, renewed certifications or other applicable re-verification steps over time. If something needs attention, access to affected shifts—or the Shift Portal—may be restricted until the requirement is satisfied.
Verification should be clear, not confusing. These are the questions that matter most before you start.
